PARKING FINE / PCN PROTECTION

If Ghost Park fails
and you get a ticket.

If our own detection fails to trigger a payment when it should have and you receive an eligible parking fine, Penalty Charge Notice or Parking Charge Notice, Ghost Park will cover the discounted early-payment amount.

GHOST PARK TICKET PAYBACK

Upload the parking ticket. We’ll check what happened.

Submit a photo of the ticket and its details in the Ghost Park app while the discounted period is still active. Select the vehicle involved and we’ll review the parking, detection and payment logs.

Ask about a parking notice
1. Upload the fine or PCN

Photograph the notice, enter the issue date, amount and discounted deadline, then select the vehicle involved.

2. We check the vehicle logs

Ghost Park reviews the parking location, detection event, attempted session and payment records to establish why payment did not start.

3. If Ghost Park failed, we cover it

When an eligible Ghost Park detection failure caused the ticket, the approved payback is limited to its discounted or early-payment amount.

Focused protection, with clear limits

This is not a blanket guarantee. Cover excludes declined cards, insufficient signal, a flat battery, disabled background access, missing permissions, incompatible devices, third-party provider failures and events outside Ghost Park’s control.
